To help you prepare for the future, NECCO sponsors a 401(k) plan through Fidelity Investments as part of its benefits package. As a full-time employee, you may start participating in this plan on the 91st day of full-time employment. We even offer a 401k match program. Part-time employees are now eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan - this excludes PRN employees and interns.
Yes! You share the cost of some benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) and Necco provides other benefits to you at no cost (Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance and Long-Term Disability.)
